We are a fast-growing real estate and housing development company looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Female Call Center Executive to join our dynamic sales and customer relations team. This position plays a key role in handling client inquiries, sharing detailed project information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from the very first interaction.
Industry: Real Estate / Housing Development
Client Communication: Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding both ongoing and upcoming housing projects.
Information Management: Deliver precise and detailed information about project features, pricing, payment options, and location advantages.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads while scheduling appointments for the sales team and organizing site visits for interested clients.
Data Entry & CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
Customer Support: Respond to customer queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues when required.
Shift: Day and Night Shifts (on a roster basis)
Work Hours: Day Shift – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Night Shift – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Note: Night shift work is home-based only.
