In-depth knowledge of quality control concepts and practices, including ISO 9001 and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using quality control software and data analysis tools
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and customer-specific standards
Previous experience in quality assurance within cosmetics or toiletries manufacturing is highly desirable
🧪 Establish and Execute Quality Control Frameworks
Develop and uphold quality control protocols covering every production stage, from raw material intake to final product release.
🧫 Lead R&D for Product Development
Offer technical guidance in the development of cosmetics, home care, and personal hygiene products.
Plan and execute innovative formulations and product enhancements while ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
🧯 Supervise Production Quality
Oversee manufacturing activities, conducting routine inspections to confirm products meet established specifications and quality standards.
📊 Evaluate Quality Data and Resolve Issues
Gather and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and address the root causes of any quality issues that arise.
👨🏫 Manage and Train the QC Team
Lead, guide, and train quality control personnel to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
🗣️ Coordinate Across Departments
Work closely with management, production teams, and suppliers to promptly address and resolve quality-related challenges.
📁 Ensure Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation.
♻️ Promote Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimize production costs through process improvement initiatives.
🧾 Oversee Supplier Quality
Regularly evaluate supplier performance to confirm alignment with the company’s quality requirements.
