Candidates should be between 40 and 64 years of age.
Preference will be given to individuals with proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a well-established insurance company.
A thorough understanding of Bangladesh's insurance regulatory environment and industry operations is essential.
Must have a strong track record in leading large, complex organizations, enhancing profitability, and successfully managing organizational change.
Must meet other qualifications outlined in IDRA SRO No. 375-Law/2012 (dated November 4, 2012) and IDRA SRO No. 338-Law/2023 (dated December 24, 2023).
Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at accelerating business growth, improving operational performance, and enhancing competitive positioning in the market.
Ensure full adherence to all legal and regulatory frameworks, with particular emphasis on compliance with Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) guidelines.
Provide strong leadership to the senior management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders by representing the organization ethically and transparently to regulators, investors, clients, and the financial community.
Champion innovation, lead digital transformation efforts, and implement customer-focused strategies that respond to shifting market trends and expectations.
