Experience
Assist in identifying and selecting project beneficiaries in line with defined criteria.
Conduct baseline surveys within Rohingya communities to map potential beneficiaries.
Develop and maintain beneficiary profiles, including current and target status.
Group selected beneficiaries into batches for vocational training.
Mobilize and encourage participation of beneficiaries in project activities and training sessions.
Coordinate the timely attendance of beneficiaries in scheduled vocational skill training.
Support the distribution of inputs to beneficiaries who complete training, facilitating self-employment.
Assist beneficiaries in initiating income-generating activities and managing camp-based production.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide guidance to beneficiaries to support sustainable business development.
