Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within a non-life insurance company. The candidate must possess thorough knowledge of Listing Rules, BSEC Regulations, the Insurance Act, and the Companies Act, and be capable of serving as a key liaison between management, the Board of Directors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
