The Control Room Operator will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Control Room, ensuring smooth operations with a focus on maintaining high standards of security and service for patients, stakeholders, employees, and employers of IAHS-H. Oversee daily Control Room operations with integrity and efficiency.
Receive and relay messages from various departments to the appropriate destinations.
Handle phone calls—answer queries, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
Provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
Manage transportation and coordinate related services.
Monitor and ensure proper maintenance management.
Maintain, organize, and update files and records as required.
Respond to inquiries regarding the organization and its activities.
Secure all information and services desk materials at the close of each shift.
Work independently and exercise sound decision-making when required.
Report immediately to the administration office in case of emergencies.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the authority.
