Responsibilities & Context

  • Proactively identify and visit potential clients to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct extensive B2B door-to-door sales in assigned territories to promote Shuttle’s corporate transportation services.
  • Sell tailored transport solutions to corporates, SMEs, startups, and educational or institutional clients.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending events.
  • Understand client-specific challenges and propose customized, value-driven solutions to meet their mobility needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, meetings, client feedback, and progress using CRM platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer support.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales pitches and strategies.
  • Represent Shuttle at industry expos, corporate networking sessions, and other business development events.
