Guide students through the IELTS registration process, ensuring all details are correct and submitted on time.
Respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, converting potential leads into confirmed enrollments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and walk-in clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.
Clearly explain the features, benefits, and schedules of the courses, helping students make well-informed decisions.
Regularly follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates and ensure a consistent flow of prospective students.
Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to align messaging and enhance student support.
Keep accurate records of student data, inquiries, and registration status through the internal CRM system.
Meet the monthly sales targets set by management and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam guidelines and course offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
