Respond to inbound phone inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
Regularly follow up with potential leads and guide them through the application process.
Advise students on choosing the right courses, universities, and destinations based on their interests, profiles, and career goals.
Offer career guidance and suggest pathways to help students reach their ambitions.
Serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring students feel well-informed, supported, and at ease.
Stay up-to-date with academic policies, admission standards, and procedures for international partner institutions.
Keep abreast of student visa regulations and immigration policies for Australia and New Zealand.
Promote UniGlobal's services and affiliated universities through both online and offline platforms.
Collect, verify, and submit student documents to the appropriate authorities for admissions and visa processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in meeting the organization’s student recruitment targets and goals.
Identify potential challenges and address them or escalate issues to the line manager when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
Ensure confidentiality of organizational and student information and manage it responsibly.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Festival Bonus: 2 times a year
In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives will be provided, which will be tied to successful student admissions and visa approvals. These incentives will vary between BDT 2,000 and BDT 8,000 per student, based on the selected destination country.
