Job Context:
Aspiring candidates are required to complete a four-month specialized training program, also referred to as a "work internship." Successful completion of this program may lead to confirmation as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the internship program and gain hands-on industry experience, with potential for full-time employment.
Assist internal associates as a knowledgeable resource when needed.
Maintain all client payroll files accurately in designated server directories.
Support project management tasks, including preparing quarterly statements and other assigned projects.
Keep client contact information updated in management systems and communicate any gaps to the transition team.
Proactively enhance your knowledge, skills, and credentials; discuss development needs with your manager.
Undertake new projects or tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Uphold core values by being proactive, prioritizing quality, and maintaining reliability in daily work.
Handle confidential data securely, preventing unauthorized access or disclosure to protect the company and clients.
Other Benefits
Internship Allowance:
TK 10,000 per month during the 4-month internship period.
Full-Time Salary:
Upon successful completion of the internship and confirmation as a full-time employee, the monthly salary will be TK 28,000.
