Additional Requirements
Medical Knowledge: Preference for candidates experienced and skilled in medical data entry systems.
Technical Expertise: Ability to operate various technological equipment, computer systems, and data entry tools, with solid knowledge in hospital data management and statistical reporting.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience in data entry, both manual (hard copy) and computerized health information systems.
Familiarity with computerized information systems and experience in the public health sector, especially in humanitarian crises, is advantageous.
Prior experience in the government health system is considered a plus.
Working experience in Cox’s Bazar and/or knowledge of Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and Rohingya refugees will be an added advantage.
Enter and maintain data for all Emergency Department (ED) patient visits.
Compile data for census records.
Generate daily, monthly, and yearly reports on ED visits, admissions, DAMA cases, and deaths.
Provide cross-functional support and assist with specific projects as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the ED.
Implement and manage the BCC program for behavioral change.
Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics within the ED and in service delivery.
Actively participate in proper waste management practices.
Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by senior authorities.
