Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
A Master’s degree or professional certifications in Data Analytics/BI tools will be considered an added advantage.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial finance.
Strong proficiency in handling and managing large datasets using tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python, or R.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, with practical experience in Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with strong business acumen.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently under strict deadlines.
1. Big Data Handling & Management
Gather, clean, and process large-scale structured and unstructured data related to sales, customers, and trade.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and readiness for analysis.
Manage databases and develop automation scripts for recurring reporting tasks.
2. Advanced Data Analytics
Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance, trade spend, and channel efficiency using extensive datasets.
Apply statistical models, predictive analytics, and trend analysis to support business forecasts.
Detect anomalies, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities through data mining.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
Build interactive dashboards and dynamic reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
Present insights through clear and impactful data visualizations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Assist the Head of Sales Controlling in communicating key findings during management reviews.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
Work with field teams to validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with operational realities.
