Prior experience in a related legal or recovery role is essential
Willingness and ability to travel for court hearings and on-site visits when needed
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with defaulters and other stakeholders
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled as Advocates in the High Court Division
Must possess valid enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council
Initiate and manage legal proceedings on behalf of the company to recover overdue investments, as per management directives
Professionally oversee and track the progress of all ongoing credit recovery cases
Issue legal notices under the guidance of company leadership
Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, demand letters, petitions, and other related materials as needed
Review case files of defaulting parties, initiate contact, and conduct field visits as instructed
Prepare and file general diaries (GDs), FIRs, and complaint petitions based on management’s requirements
Utilize alternative legal avenues like mediation or arbitration to resolve disputes efficiently and minimize legal expenses
Carry out additional tasks or special assignments as assigned by management
