Lead generation and client relationship management for IPO mandates
Advise clients on suitable fund-raising instruments
Conduct detailed due diligence of issuers
Assist in restructuring companies as per regulatory and listing requirements
Draft and prepare IPO prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer Documents, etc.
Coordinate and submit IPO applications to regulatory bodies with all required documents
Liaise with BSEC, DSE, and CSE for approvals and formalities
Ensure smooth execution of all IPO-related activities and post-listing compliance
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
