Job Purpose:
The Deputy Manager will support the growth and operational excellence of the Microfinance Progoti portfolio. The role involves contributing to new product development, data analysis, process improvement, and coordination between operations and support teams to ensure effective execution of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging client segments and market opportunities.

• Support the rollout of new financial products, services, and operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with support teams to ensure seamless alignment across functions.

• Monitor project progress and track key operational milestones.

• Conduct initial data analyses and branch-level risk assessments.

• Prepare KPI dashboards and performance review reports.

• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate project documentation.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Uphold the safety and well-being of all team members, ensuring protection from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.

• Serve as a resource for safeguarding awareness and implementation, promoting compliance with BRAC’s safeguarding policies.

• Foster a culture of reporting and accountability by following safeguarding procedures and encouraging others to do the same.
