The Deputy Manager – Market Linkage will strengthen the business capacity of Rohingya participants by creating market linkages, building entrepreneurship skills, and developing sustainable business models. The role requires a market-oriented problem-solver with strong management and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training, mentoring, and business support to Rohingya youth.
Conduct market research and prepare business plans.
Design and implement sustainable business models and development activities.
Build partnerships, link value chains, and advise management on new initiatives.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure donor compliance.
Support M&E, learning, and impact assessment activities.
Promote and enforce safeguarding policies to ensure a safe environment.
