Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
2 to 5 years of work experience in distribution and stock/inventory management.
Experience with Oracle/ERP systems is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Word and advanced-level Excel.
Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Maintain, follow up, and manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory and distribution according to sales projections and trends.
Manage and monitor Omera Distribution Centre (ODC) vehicles as well as vendors’ vehicles for receiving and delivering Finished Goods (FG).
Responsible for all administrative tasks of the Omera Distribution Centre, including labor management, driver and helper supervision, regulatory compliance, safety, and security.
Ensure all transport maintenance and operations-related activities are completed with proper documentation, such as Vehicle Daily Running Account (VDRA), fuel bills, trip bills, job cards, etc.
Responsible for day-to-day VAT and financial activities.
