Responsibilities & Context
Be aware of vehicle servicing schedules, document updates, and any technical issues related to the vehicle.
Assist in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
Before starting long-distance trips, inspect the engine, oil, lubricant, and tires to ensure everything is in proper condition.
Ensure weekly checks to determine if the vehicle requires any repairs.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs.
Submit regular reports on vehicle-related matters to the appropriate authority in a timely manner.
Use fuel and gas efficiently and economically.
Keep the vehicle’s logbook properly updated and ensure it is signed by the authorized user.
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
Be willing to work overtime if required beyond the scheduled duty hours.
Complete assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
Be ready to perform duties at any time as needed by management.
Provide safe driving services in compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
Maintain good behavior and show respect to all staff members.
Demonstrate honesty and competence in all aspects of work.
