Experience
Provide technical support and expert guidance to farmers and dealers.
Diagnose health issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
Organize seminars and promotional events to support marketing activities.
Conduct regular visits to farms and dealers to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze farm data, including feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed intake, body weight, production rates, and mortality figures, and prepare detailed reports.
Train field staff on product knowledge, farming methods, disease management, and effective sales and promotional strategies.
Offer consultancy services to clients for both new farm development and the optimization of existing farm operations.
Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by senior management.
