We are looking for experienced and dynamic Counsellors to join our team for student recruitment across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and provide accurate information regarding student applications.
Build strong communication with clients both over the phone and in person.
Respond promptly to online and offline inquiries via emails, calls, and other channels.
Possess a good command of English and proficiency in computer and internet use.
Offer detailed consultations to students and guardians about study abroad options, university admissions, and courses.
Maintain proper student follow-up records and achieve counseling targets.
Previous experience in student counseling for New Zealand, Canada, the UK, or Australia is a plus.
Demonstrate a professional, committed, and enthusiastic approach toward work.
