• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of team members.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with the accounting framework.

• Oversee account updates, budget preparation, financial forecasting, and management reporting.

• Ensure efficient use of funds and proper cash management through accurate cash flow analysis.

• Guide, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Plan and manage budgeting for agencies and principals.

• Handle all legal matters related to vessels and agency operations.

• Maintain and update the company’s software systems in accordance with company policies.

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly financial statements, including Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Supervise and follow up on credit collections (Accounts Receivables) to ensure payment within agreed deadlines.

• Manage compliance and communication with customs, port, and tax authorities for both local and foreign companies.

• Complete and submit monthly financial reports (Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet) by the 5th of each month.

• Conduct monthly audits of all accounts and report findings to management.

• Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
