Additional Requirements


Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical skills including computer proficiency. Ability and willingness to work in the field and visit doctors and pharmacies. Ability to develop effective relationships with medical doctors, particularly opinion leaders & key prescribers. Ability to work in cross functional teams. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Formulate and oversee marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand plans for the designated portfolio of brands.
  • Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities, introducing timely products through strategic planning and effective project management.
  • Analyze the performance of brands and the overall portfolio, implementing monthly action plans for field forces, and providing training to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
  • Develop an annual budget and optimize allocated resources for the assigned portfolio.
  • Organize and attend CME, RTD and FGD on the designated portfolio in collaboration with KOLs.
  • New product launching activities and product/portfolio life cycle management.
