Must have knowledge of operations and rearing from chick placement to bird lifting
Ability to share knowledge with farmers on scientific poultry rearing practices
Must have the mindset and capability for extensive field visits
Should be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a result-oriented team player
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license
Should have good knowledge of using a smartphone
Computer skills, especially in MS Excel, and general smartphone operation are essential
Formulate regional and zonal sales plans in alignment with company objectives and ensure effective execution to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify potential markets, appoint new dealers/distributors, and ensure proper market coverage in underdeveloped or high-potential areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to promote customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales trends, forecast demand, and submit timely reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with technical, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely product availability, maintain quality standards, and provide after-sales support.
Collect and analyze data on competitor activities, including pricing and promotions, and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, organize farmer meetings, and lead training programs to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
