• Address and resolve grievances raised by workers, staff, and other factory employees effectively.

• Keep a regularly updated register to document all complaints and issues.

• Investigate reported concerns in line with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.

• Carry out prompt investigations and suggest appropriate disciplinary measures, ensuring legal and policy compliance.

• Complete all grievance investigations within designated time limits.

• Promote a healthy and safe workplace by adhering to occupational health and safety standards.

• Implement proactive strategies to minimize workplace grievances.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and relevant industry standards.

• Provide counseling and motivation support to employees across all levels within the factories.

• Establish and oversee various employee committees, including Participation, Safety, Grievance, and Anti-Harassment Committees.

• Conduct exit interviews to collect feedback and prepare monthly reports on employee turnover for strategic planning.

• Prepare and issue HR documents such as letters, notices, and internal memos as needed.
