Responsibilities & Context
ACI Motors Limited, a subsidiary of ACI, operates across the automobile and agricultural machinery sectors, offering a wide range of products including motorcycles, tractors, power tillers, harvesters, diesel engines, generators, pumps, and construction equipment.
Our flagship motorcycle brand Yamaha holds a strong position in the market, especially in the 150cc segment, with popular models such as R15, MT15, and FZS. Yamaha also caters to diverse customer needs with models like Saluto (125cc) and various scooters.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain in-house computer networks to ensure smooth operations.

Respond to user support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide practical solutions.

Offer technical support for PC hardware, desktop operating systems, and application software.

Perform basic repairs on IT equipment and coordinate with service providers for more complex servicing.

Monitor and manage antivirus software, applying updates and removing any malware, spyware, or viruses.

Oversee data backup systems and procedures to ensure data security and integrity.

Maintain detailed logs and records of support activities and resolutions.

Provide backup support for network components, including routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
