The Executive Officer, IT is responsible for managing and maintaining the server infrastructure related to GPS tracking systems. This role ensures the seamless operation, security, and performance of GPS tracking servers and applications, while also providing technical support to users.
Provide technical support to end-users and clients facing issues with GPS tracking servers or applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve server and app-related problems in a timely manner.
Assist in the creation of user manuals and documentation for GPS tracking systems.
Manage storage, retrieval, and processing of GPS tracking data.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Generate reports and analytics from GPS data to support business needs.
Work closely with software developers to integrate new GPS tracking features and functionalities.
Coordinate with hardware vendors to ensure compatibility and optimal performance of GPS devices.
Collaborate with the broader IT team to maintain system stability and performance.
Stay informed about the latest developments in GPS tracking technology and industry best practices.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve server and application performance, security, and user experience.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
