  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and IE tools/software.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and reporting skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMV, NPT, Capacity Planning, and 6S.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Analyze and prepare the Daily Printing Efficiency Report to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct daily NPT (Non-Productive Time) analysis for Printing and Embroidery departments, ensuring accurate and realistic data recording.
  • Facilitate operator skill assessments during recruitment processes for the Printing and Embroidery teams.
  • Analyze and implement strategies to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value) in the Printing process for increased efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the Daily Dashboard, and organize regular meetings with relevant teams to review progress and performance.
  • Participate in GEMBA walks to identify simplification opportunities and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Perform capacity analysis for Printing and Embroidery to ensure optimal use of resources and manpower.
  • Actively engage in daily production meetings to align IE initiatives with production targets and team goals.
  • Adapt effectively to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities and resolving conflicts with practical solutions.
  • Identify training needs within the team and organize skill development programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Promote and expand the implementation of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) methodologies throughout the production floor.
