• Develop New Business: Identify potential customers and expand their business opportunities.
• Follow Up on Orders: Monitor overdue, unfulfilled, and customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Source Materials: Identify and source the necessary materials to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Booking Capacity: Ensure sufficient capacity is available to meet order demands.
• Customer Communication: Visit and maintain regular communication with customers regarding their orders and provide ongoing support.
