Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls and online platforms.
Generate and manage new sales leads while keeping the client database updated.
Understand customers’ travel requirements and provide the most suitable options.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure excellent customer service.
Address customer queries and follow up on unresolved matters in a timely manner.
Accurately document and coordinate solutions for customer complaints.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer engagement.
Maintain high standards of call quality and service performance.
Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement in services and promotions.
