Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Systems and Compliance will oversee the management and upkeep of all certification systems, ensuring adherence to national and international standards. This role also supports sustainability and traceability initiatives, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external auditors to maintain certification integrity and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Preparation & Execution: Conduct internal audits and pre-audits to identify compliance gaps, maintain audit reports, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare, update, and maintain certification documents, traceability records, and process maps in alignment with audit requirements.
Sustainability & Traceability Support: Assist in sustainability initiatives, QMS, and buyer-driven traceability programs to meet global compliance standards.
Certification Management: Ensure compliance with certifications such as GRS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, ISO, FSC, and other buyer-specific requirements.
Process Development: Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs for technical, quality, and compliance-related operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product development, quality control, production, and management teams to communicate audit findings, technical observations, and improvement strategies.
Corrective Action Management: Monitor and ensure that all audit findings and non-conformities are addressed, resolved, and closed within set timelines.
