Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs.

Familiarity with Routing Protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP.  

Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues.

Ability to design and maintain detailed diagrams, layouts, and documentation.

Configure and maintain network equipment including Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik routers, Wi-Fi routers, and Access Points (APs).

Configure and optimize ONU and OLT for client-side connectivity.

Perform structured cabling, port configuration, and connector termination.·        Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cabling, DVR/NVR, cameras).

Set up and support printers (online/offline), monitors, and client PC/laptops.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity problems quickly.

Prepare and maintain accurate network diagrams and infrastructure documentation.

Collaborate with the Admin, Security, and Service Delivery teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations.

Support remote and on-site troubleshooting and client technical issues as needed.
