Skills
Review, verify, and analyze bills and invoices from multiple departments (Procurement, HR, Civil, Marketing & Sales, Factory, etc.) to ensure accuracy with purchase orders, material receipt notes, and service reports.
Generate unique QR code tags for invoices in the ERP system to promote billing transparency and prevent duplicate entries.
Organize and allocate bills and vouchers for various business units to their respective departments.
Develop and maintain Excel-based data records, perform weekly payment module analyses, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Handle reconciliation and entry of bank-related transactions, including deposit slips, cheque records, challans, LC documents, and credit applications.
Prepare and manage diverse financial documents such as payment vouchers, advice sheets, bank and cash vouchers, cheque and journal vouchers, LC duty vouchers, positive pay instructions, fund requisitions, and fund transfer documentation.
