Proven experience in Accounts and Finance, with a focus on billing, payments, and ERP-related tasks preferred.
Highly skilled in MS Excel and ERP platforms, with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and transparency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
Review and verify bills and invoices from multiple departments (such as Procurement, HR, Civil, Marketing & Sales, and Factory) to ensure accuracy by cross-checking with purchase orders, material receipt notes, and service reports.
Create and assign unique QR code tags to invoices in the ERP system to promote billing transparency and prevent duplicate entries.Organize and distribute bills and vouchers to the relevant departments across various business units.
Develop and maintain Excel-based datasets, perform weekly payment module analyses, and promptly report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Handle and record bank-related transactions, including deposit slips, cheque entries, challans, LC documents, and credit applications.
Prepare a wide range of financial documents, including payment vouchers, advice sheets, bank and cash vouchers, cheque vouchers, journal entries, LC duty vouchers, positive pay instructions, fund requisitions, and internal transfer forms.
