Deliver exceptional client service by updating working drawings to accommodate additional requests or modifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and the procurement team to relay client feedback and requirements regarding design and materials.
Address and resolve any client concerns related to technical issues, construction modifications, or optional work.
Build client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining a positive image of the company.
Effectively manage challenging situations with professionalism and calm under pressure.
Foster long-term relationships by providing reliable post-handover support and generating referrals through positive client experiences.
Gather detailed input from clients regarding optional modifications to meet their preferences.
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for additional or customized work.
Oversee supervision and ensure quality control during the final stages of modification work.
Manage the formal handover process of apartments and all related documentation to both clients and landowners.
Transfer project-related documents and building records to the respective homeowners' association or property management group.
