Alfamart, a globally recognized convenience store brand and one of the largest in its home country, is expanding into the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited, operating as Alfamart Trading Bangladesh. With a vision to redefine the retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening stage. To join this dynamic initiative, the company is looking for a qualified Executive/Senior Executive (Finance) to manage and coordinate financial operations, working closely with both the international project team and local partners.
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection, validation, and reporting of financial data from all outlets. It also supports the regional finance function by providing reliable data, identifying inefficiencies, and promoting continuous improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and verify financial data collection from all branches in compliance with company standards.

Prepare timely and accurate monthly branch performance reports to assist management in decision-making.

Provide complete and accurate financial information to Regional Finance and help resolve any inconsistencies.

Detect process inefficiencies in data collection and propose or implement necessary improvements.

Support branch transaction uploads and facilitate the introduction of real-time financial reporting systems.

Review and authorize internet banking transactions related to branch operational expenses.
