Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide all necessary inputs for the washing process and coordinate with operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, standard costs, and product specifications.
  • Monitor machine utilization and align the production plan with order volume, machine capacity, schedules, and workload to meet monthly targets.
  • Follow the ERP system’s data flow from garments production to retrieve required information for effective production planning and execution in line with buyer requirements.
  • Develop, direct, and coordinate activities related to the execution of the production process, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support relevant departments in preparing and monitoring budgets, conducting variance analyses, and setting goals aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with the garments production team to ensure alignment with production timelines and shipment schedules.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to production, maintenance, workforce, quality, safety, resource consumption, monthly stock, and production costs as assigned.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives by minimizing all forms of production wastage.
  • Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Promote and maintain workplace safety, product quality, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
