Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Prior work experience in industries such as cement or steel is highly preferred.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets as set by the company.
Strengthen and expand the company’s presence in existing and new markets.
Collect and share accurate market insights and dealer information with management.
Conduct daily visits to potential and existing dealers/clients, and report outcomes to the General Manager.
Regularly visit ongoing or upcoming construction sites to introduce the company’s products, highlighting their quality and durability.
Coordinate with the logistics/transport team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Maintain effective communication with the delivery and quality control departments to resolve any issues.
Monitor payment statuses of clients and coordinate with the accounts team, promptly notifying management of any irregularities.
Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports against set targets.
Identify branding opportunities in specific regions and notify the branding team accordingly.
Organize promotional activities to enhance the company’s brand image and market value.
Adhere strictly to the company’s core values, rules and regulations, and established chain of command.
