  • Strong knowledge of sewing, cutting, finishing, production planning, and quality control

  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and effective decision-making

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP-based production systems

  • Sound knowledge of compliance, health & safety standards, and labor laws

  • Strong report writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills in English


Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context

Four H Group, one of the largest knitwear manufacturing industries in Bangladesh, is currently seeking energetic and experienced Plant Managers to lead operations across its factories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate overall factory operations in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Oversee production planning and execution to ensure timely shipment of orders

  • Ensure strict quality control of products and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive working environment for all employees

  • Build and sustain professional relationships with buyers, auditors, visitors, the local community, and other stakeholders

  • Foster strong engagement with the local community and relevant parties

  • Conduct regular plant meetings, identify operational inefficiencies, and coordinate with department heads to implement corrective measures

  • Perform monthly analysis of production, quality, costs, and manpower performance; share findings and action plans with relevant teams

  • Liaise with the head office for issue resolution, decision-making, and necessary approvals

  • Monitor manpower attendance, skill levels, and resource allocation to ensure optimal output

  • Ensure ethical practices and full compliance with labor laws and buyer codes of conduct

  • Follow customer-specific SOPs and guidelines, especially for retail clients

  • Review profit and loss performance regularly and implement improvements where necessary
