Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, website, and phone.
Call customers to confirm orders received online.
Provide prompt online assistance regarding sizing, fitting, exchanges, or other concerns.
Handle order packaging and ensure accurate delivery.
Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist showroom walk-in customers when needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
