Experience: 2–5 years in a recognized shoe manufacturing company.
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in leather technology, shoe technology, technical route, cutting, sewing, lasting, injection molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU), and finishing technology.
Quality Management: Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across production processes. Critically inspect and evaluate products from raw materials to finished goods, providing expert guidance throughout.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, team direction, and communication skills.
Education: Academic qualifications can be flexible for highly experienced candidates.
