We are seeking a young, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead our Marketing and Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of proven experience in the Real Estate or Land Development industry in Bangladesh, with a strong ability to drive growth, lead teams, and implement innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Set business targets and design strategic plans to achieve company goals.
Lead and manage the Sales Department with full ownership and accountability.
Develop individual and team sales plans to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Oversee all operational and managerial activities within the department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new market opportunities and initiate effective action plans.
Monitor and follow up on sales performance, promotional activities, and revenue progress.
Ensure achievement of company revenue and profit targets through proper planning and execution.
Guide and mentor team members to improve performance and align with company objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for various market segments.
Assess training needs and ensure continuous skill development of the sales team.
