Responsible for managing the daily operations of the hospital and diagnostic center, including clinical, administrative, financial, HR, and support services. Oversee facility upkeep and biomedical equipment to ensure proper functionality. Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies. Formulate and execute strategies to drive hospital growth, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve operational excellence. Lead marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to expand patient reach. Foster strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners. Monitor financial performance with attention to budgeting and cost control. Supervise departmental heads to maintain seamless operations. Promote patient-focused care and high service standards. Collaborate with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral networks. Provide reports to the Managing Director/Board and contribute to strategic decision-making.
