Responsibilities & Context

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of marketing functions within the organization, including strategic planning, order collection, and execution process management.
  • Lead efforts in forecasting, pricing strategy, expense tracking, profitability analysis, and new project development.
  • Drive brand growth and positioning through effective branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with brands and manufacturing partners to align marketing goals and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Conduct regular meetings with the marketing team to review performance, evaluate targets, and brainstorm strategy updates.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the marketing team, ensuring productivity, skill development, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Analyze market trends to support strategy refinement and prepare accurate forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Continuously generate new business leads and identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Improve product visibility, quality perception, and market share through innovative marketing tactics.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards for all customer data and sensitive company information.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage the marketing department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing expenses in line with profitability and business objectives.
  • Branding, Advertising & Promotion:
  • Oversee all aspects of branding, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events to increase product visibility and networking.
  • Reporting & Trend Monitoring:
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics, ROI, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaigns and strategies.
