Responsibilities & Context

  • Operating Plan Development & Execution: Design and implement the administration strategy, translating business objectives into actionable targets.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, manage supplies and raw materials, and ensure timely procurement.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased operational inventory items meet quality standards and provide relevant inventory reports to management as needed.

  • Logistics Support: Oversee logistics for all internal and external bank events, including fleet management, vehicle requisitions, and canteen operations at the Head Office.

  • Travel Management: Coordinate all domestic and international official travel arrangements for employees.

  • Repossessed Vehicle Management: Handle all activities related to the bank’s repossessed cars, including liaising with dealers, maintenance, and associated formalities.

  • Protocol & Auction Management: Supervise protocol arrangements and manage auctions as per bank guidelines.

  • Telecommunications & Helpdesk Management: Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment; manage bank-issued SIM cards; oversee helpdesk operations and call logging; coordinate with vendors for uninterrupted service; and negotiate optimal rates.

  • Compliance & Governance: Maintain accurate records, provide timely reports to management and regulators, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
