-Graduation or Post-Graduation in Commerce/MBA/BBA or relevant subject from any UGC approved local or reputable foreign universities with no third class or equivalent in any certification. -At least 15 years of uninterrupted service experience in Branch Banking operation with at least 5 years as Head of Operations in reputed commercial -banks with centralized operational systems. -Sound knowledge in Islamic Shariah based Banking. -Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set. -⁠Age should not be more than 50 years as at the time of application.

Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborating with the COO to develop and implement strategies that align with the bank's vision and objectives and delivering prompt, relevant, customer driven, market based cost-effective and efficient technology and operations solutions that are robust and integrative to meet the business needs and promote use high standard wherever possible.
⁠Operational Oversight: Managing the bank's operational functions, including Investment Operations, Cards Operations, ADC Operations, Treasury (Back Office) Operations, Liability Operations, Documents Verification, CIB Cell, Payment System Operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and ensuring Business Continuity Plans are current and tested frequently.
Shariah Compliance: Ensuring all banking operations across the branches, sub-branches, agent centers and products adhere to Islamic principles.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Setting performance goals, analyzing metrics, and ensuring the bank meets its financial and operational targets.
Leadership and Team Building: Leading and mentoring teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and Shariah boards.
