10–12 years of experience in commercial banking, including at least 5 years in the SME Division.
Strong understanding of commercial banking, trade services, local regulations, and SME banking operations.
Proven track record in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong computer literacy, with expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and emerging market trends.
Skills
Lead the SME Business Division of OBPLC, ensuring close collaboration with other divisions and branch networks to expand the CMSME loan and deposit client base.
Drive revenue growth by evaluating income streams, strengthening value propositions, and building strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities.
Contribute to the advancement of OBPLC’s CMSME business while fostering positive change across the industry.
Target CMSME accounts through innovative sales approaches tailored to meet both commercial banking and wealth management needs.
Oversee the utilization of credit facilities in CMSME accounts, maintain asset quality, and ensure regular reviews of facilities.
Monitor non-performing CMSME loans, implementing effective strategies for restructuring and recovery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, risk management standards, and internal policies.
Provide non-financial support services such as advisory, mentoring, and training programs for CMSME clients to foster sustainable growth.
