Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role (minimum 5 years)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are maintained
Train new housekeeping staff and ensure ongoing compliance with company protocols
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; coordinate with vendors as necessary
Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain records of work assignments and ensure timely reportin
