  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in job analysis, performance management systems (PMS), or HR analytics

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with HRIS systems is essential

  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting

  • Effective communication and coordination abilities

  • In-depth understanding of job evaluation methods and KPI development

  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

  • Proficient in data handling and report generation

  • Clear and efficient in communication and collaboration

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and business context

 

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical HR Executive specializing in Job Analysis and Performance Management. This role will focus on developing and executing job analysis processes, establishing KPI frameworks, and managing performance evaluation systems. Candidates who do not meet the specified qualifications or relevant experience are kindly requested not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out job analysis using interviews, surveys, and direct observation methods.

  • Create and regularly update Job Descriptions (JDs) for all departments.

  • Assist in developing KPIs and ensuring they align with departmental goals.

  • Manage the performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.

  • Evaluate performance data and compile HR reports and dashboards.

  • Help identify training needs based on performance evaluation outcomes.

  • Keep JD and KPI records current and well-organized.
