  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within a dynamic or fast-moving organization

  • Solid understanding of Bangladesh labor laws and established HR practices

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction

  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion

  • Strong skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Proficiency in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office tools


Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire human resources lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Serve as the main liaison for employee relations, promoting a supportive and compliant workplace. Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, maintain detailed HR documentation, and manage payroll and benefits efficiently. Develop and enforce HR policies that align with the organization's objectives and industry best practices.

Detailed Job Duties

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle—posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  • Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop clear job descriptions.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the go-to person for employee concerns and HR inquiries.

  • Promote open communication between staff and leadership to foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

  • Provide managers with support and guidance on staff development and performance-related matters.

HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with labor regulations.

  • Keep up-to-date and accurate employee records, such as contracts, attendance logs, and performance reviews.

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

HR Policies & Procedures

 

  • Roll out HR policies that support business goals and adhere to legal standards.

  • Make sure all employees are well-informed about relevant HR procedures and policies.
