This internship will provide practical exposure to monitoring, analyzing, and validating internal processes, supporting audit activities, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. It is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while developing essential skills in internal auditing, data evaluation, and process optimization.
Regularly track and evaluate organizational goals using the lean management tool Hoshin Kanri to ensure the accuracy of performance outcomes.
Manage daily work volumes by verifying background data and information related to PI and PO, which will be further reviewed by IA team members.
Support different types of audits—such as inventory, asset, and packaging audits—by ensuring compliance and monitoring corrective actions after audits.
Conduct periodic cross-checks of physical documents against background data to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the year.
